I have 67 f100 with a 352 when the choke is on and it is idleing real low it sounds like it has a real light knock and vibrates a little but when the choke is off and it is idling higher i sound like a clicking. What could the problem be? Thanks to any responses.

el sounds like the ol FE wrist pin hammering away to me. Don't worry it'll be hammering away when you get home tonight, and tomorrow night, and next year. They'll hammer away for years and still go.

The previous owners may have let it run too cold. No thermostat. You may have the Tapered cylinder wall's and a little piston slap too. 'J' is right. That 352 is a great engine, and will be running for some time to come.
