Steering ???

Its a 95 F250 S-Cab with a 460 and a HD Front End...

My Passenger Side Tierod is missing a greese fitting... Must have been stripped out by previous owner. What else should I replace otther than the tierod??? How can I tell what else needs to go??? Its rusty, but is there any common ways to tell or things to replace??? I take it nothings been done in awhile.

Does it look like the entire fitting is missing, or just broken off? If it's broken off you may be able to remove it with an easy out, then install a new one.

Can't tell you exactly what to look for to determine replacement, but I would think that as long as the grease boots are in good shape, you'll be alright.

could ya maybe jb weld it in place for a temp fix or any other epoxy fix it you prefer
or maybe use an over size grease fitting-might have to tap it 1st though
they did make a product called "fix -a -thread" years back that worked well for such things
I used it many times on many projects- with good results
good luck

You have to look for worn tie rod ends and ball joints.
Lift the front wheels clear of the ground. Get a helper to grab a tire at 12 oclock and 6 oclock and rock the wheel as hard as he can. You get under and look for any movement in the ball joints or wheel bearing on that side.
Now get the helper to grab the tire at 9 oclock and 3 oclock and rock it. You look for movement in tie tod ends.
Repeat for the other side.
There should be no movement in either ball joints or tie rods.
