There is NOTHING in my owners manual the referenceces the bed light.
Is there a way to turn on only the bed light manually and leave it on when working in the bed after dark? And especially turning the bed light on witthout turning on cabin lights to help hitching a 5th wheel after dark?
Probably a way, but my Owners manual does not address the bed light at all.
Our new three year old 5th wheel has a light next to the pin box. I use it in the dark and don't even fiddle with cab and bed lights. It lights up the bed area pretty good once I get under it.. Seems like it's always something simple they don't get exactly right. If your batteries are up front on the 5th wheel, it might be an easier addition than separating the bed and cab lights. I haven't even tried the bed light on our new F250. Just a thought...
