'00 F350 4X4 Steering Box Question

I have a 2000 F350 4x4 with 179k miles. The steering seems a little loose, about 1-2 inches play in the steering wheel, most notable at highway speeds.

Do these steering boxes have an adjustment? Any other ideas would be appreciated!

Thanks

I would think it is adjustable but before you go down that route I would check for play in all the tie rod ends and ball joints first.

I have checked the ball joints, tie rods and steering stabilizer. All seemed OK. I found the adjustment on the box, turned it about 1/2 turn and looks like the play is now gone.

Thanks
