Auto Fest

Hey FTEs in North Carolina and southern Va. The spring Carolina Collector Auto Fest will be held next weekend March 10 - 12 at The NC state fair grounds in Raleigh. It is a truck and car show, swap meet for parts, buy or sale your truck or car. These folks do this twice a year in March and November.

If some of you guys want to meet there on Sat. morning and swap truck stories, I'd like to meet you. For more info post here or email me off list.

That's a shame, I'm going 4-wheeling in Tellico for spring break, I'll already be in Murphy by Sat morning.

Otherwise I'd come over to Raliegh.

It is good to read that you are getting out from behind the computer. So when do we send you our parts shopping list so that we can get in on those great deals in your neck of the woods? And then, can we send you off to the Carlisle all Ford event?

EJ, Take the Wade Ave. exit off 40 (first past Harrison Ave. Cary) about one mile to Blue Ridge Rd. exit. turn right and after a couple of blocks, you'll see the fair grounds on the right. Go through the main gate and drive past the Dorton Arena and the Graham complex will be in front of you. You will need to drive around it to park, which is free.

John,
Would love to go, but cross country at this time is not an option (. If everything goes right with repairs to the 66, and retirement next spring I'll be meeting ya for shore ), have fun and keep us informed on the treasures you find!!
