what to do
Hey guys I am usually in the f-150 section, but I just got a 98 ranger 4cycl 2wd 5 speed to help with gas mileage. I just got some 17" wheels yesterday from an 03 mustang gt tire size 245/45/17. The wheels look great on there but I want to fill in the fender a little more. I am on an extreme budget with this. So I want to lower the truck and it needs new shocks anyway ( it has 177,000 miles on the factory shocks they are a little wore out) I also will be using this truck to haul around my harley vrod. I have found on ebay a 2-3 inch kit for $180 with no shocks. also found a 4-5 kit with shocks for $230 will this be to extreme to where I am dragging the ground on bumps especially with my 700 lb bike in the bed. Any thoughts or suggestions would be great. thanks. I'm really a newbie to rangers and lowering.
