What's your plans for the truck besides the bed swap? You have any numbers on that 302? Any times?

yes wheels are 15-10

times with bad traction and waiting the rpm to drop to shift gears is a 15.94
im expecting about 270 at the wheels plans are now fixing the body and lowering the truck 4 rear 2 front and in the future install an power adder like turbo or supercharger.. making 400 Hp at Wheels is my goal

oh and in jan-feb im installing a fully build C6 trans with an 2500 stall

15.94 isn't bad for a 5,000 lb truck with a 302, at all. What gears are in the truck? A good locker would help you with the traction problem.

Sounds like you want a 4.10 with a locker.

My F150 with the FlareSide bed weighs in at 3,800 lbs. I reckon your heavier, longer box weighs a lot closer to 4,500. Just a guess.

I'm going to bed, good night folks. =)

2wd reg cabs are about 3800-4200lbs, you have to get into something like mine before it weighs 5000lbs

When you get the tires spinning in that clip are both breaking loose? I didn't see you fighting to keep it on the road so I'm thinking they aren't.
