I decided not to upgrade the factory outlet on mine. I brought my old downpipe with that horrible smashed part in the middle and had them take a 2.5 inch pipe and match all the the bends and flange out the end. It seemed to help a lot. Much more whistle and spooled a lot better. And it was only like $28. Worth the money for sure.
Last price I heard for the turbo outlet and downpipe was around 500 dollars.
Getting a round downpipe made would be a lot better and a lot cheaper.
While you are at it, a new exhaust with 2.5 or 3" pipe will also be a move for the better.
Is that as good as the ATS 3" turbo outlet and 3" down pipe, no.
But also don't forget you have to add the cost of a 3" exhaust to the price of the outlet and down pipe.
For mine I went with 2.5 downpipe out to 4 inch exhaust all the way back. Works great. And for the oil supply line call ATS. They will give you any parts you are missing for the kit.
