04 Ex 4x4 Code P1828

P1828-t/case counter clockwise shift relay coil circuit malfunction.

I have this code. Did the simple and replaced the T-Case motor. No change. Checked all fuses...

Any thoughts?

2004 5.4 automatic.

I'm getting the same code and did the basic checks as well. Did you ever figure out what was causing this code?
