Just removed the rusted box off my '77 f250.
One of the fuel doors is already spoken for and ready to be shipped and I saved the other if someone need one. With the box off the back of the truck I was wondering if I replace the steel fuel line can I use 3/8" copper tube instead of the steel that is there now? comments...
2x2
Here I am again... I used some copper line when I repaired my 32 plymouth. It eventually corroded, and the same thing happened in my Fibre Glass boat. The end result was little ball's of corrosion collected in the float bowl and plugged the Main jets.
I used Stainless and had no more problems.
