2011 Super Duty

If you don't mind saying, what is your "out the door" price, who did you buy it from, and when do you get it?

Sounds like a nice rig. Be sure to post some pics of it when you get it (if you can stop long enought to take a few...;-)

$62k...

Seriously?

It is worth $28,000 MORE than simply waiting for rebates to show up and negotiating: "I'll give you invoice less rebates, you keep the holdback"?

It must be the only truck available in the entire east coast... Guess things are different in that part of the country...

Good luck finding rebates on the truck he ordered anytime soon. There aren't a lot of KR's that last on the lot for very long, definately not here in Texas. Heck, the dealership here can move 150s faster than the Toyota places moves their little crap econ cars. The only trucks that get stuck in the back lot here are XLT models with too many options on a not nice enough truck that no one wants to pay for. Exactly like mine, actually, that's why I got an 07 after the 08s had come out. There was a F450, decked out with the moonroof and everything here, sticker price north of $60, and it was gone in a week.

Exactly. It's expensive to be first in your block/town/state to own one. But it will be a conversation starter for a good 6 months.

That's where I got my '09 chassis cab, Dan Lane sales manager; I just got their christmas card the other day. Nice dealership.

The better question is why? Why go with a new untested motor and redesign instead of a tried and true? I would much rather have a 6.0 rather than the new 6.7. New one just looks like emissions crap nightmare.
