backfires...
76 f250 4x4 390 holley 4160. It backfires when engine braking. If I put my foot slightly down on the accelerator, she's fine, but when I let off completely, she starts backfiring. I've done the tune-up thing...new plugs, cap rotor, timing, etc., and I've played with the carb a bit to see if it would help (it didn't). Any suggestions are welcome. I don't know what to do next.
