this is why I don't bother with Pirate. talk about lack of intelligence.
Please note HOLLOW thin wall BLOCK on the front axle.
I won't even get into what I see wrong with his engine building or anything else. That pic should be reason enough to prove the guy has no business tuning a lawn mower let alone buildign anything
meh, its a giant mud truck that'll never see the street. Half inch thick and fully welded. I don't like blocks on the front axle either, but I don't think it matters on this truck.
At the risk of asking you drunks anything ill go ahead and ask. 79 F-250 with 6" front springs. What can i do to the rear to lift it other than blocks? Id like to even get rid of the factory block. I can do a shackle flip but thatll only get me 4" and thats with retaining the factory block. Ive gotta do this on the cheap because with the $800 i spent on the 60s and the $800 i just spent on 39.5 boggers money is running thin.

I agree, it's pointless. He should be getting flamed more than he is.
I don't see that truck as being functional for anything other than trailering it off, driving 100 ft through the mud, and trailering it home. Some may enjoy that, not me. If I'm going to spend that much time and cash on a truck, I want to be capable anywhere and be able to drive it anywhere.
