Cold start

If I drive my truck everyday, It will start like it is 80 degrees outside. If it sits a couple of days it gets the romps and pours white smoke. Why does it start better being driven daily?

HPOP

The only thing I could think of is maybe the HPOP is bleeding off slowly? Maybe take a look at the oil level in it the next time it sits a few days and see where it is as a starting point.

What kind of oil are you using? 15W40 causes this sometimes in the colder weather. If you are running 5W40 synthetic I have no idea.

Cold temps cause the batteries to become weak, starting and running the truck daily keeps the batteries in good shape. Might want to check all your connections just to make sure the truck keeps starting.
