Head Studs / Gaskets Etc

Im at a point where I want more POWER and the only way i think I can do it is go with Head Studs and new head gaskets etc!

Does the cab have to be lifted off my Crew Cab to get the heads off the truck?

Once the heads are off is there anything I can do to them to increase performance other than replace the gaskets and install the studs?

What else can I do while I have everything apart within reason?

I want to do this once and do it right!!! Any and all advice is VERY much appreciated. I know I want to run injectors but im not sure how they work, im new to this. I want my truck to still be able to plow and tow my race car around but run 11's at the same time

Please explain.

Thank you,

Rob
