How do i?

Reclock my 94-97 psd turbo so i can relocate the oilholes, right now i want to mount it were its upside down so the holes are sticking up how do i make them point down but leave the turbo in the position that i got it, and how do i reclockk the compressor housing?

loosen both the compressor and exhaust housings, and spin the center until the hole line up where you want them. Use to have to do that when I put Turbos on CAT engines.
