Drive Shaft

Dumb question,

I had to fit a c6 in place of a c4 so i had to improvise and enlarge my chasis, so the shaft between the tranny and the axle aint completely straight but almost, is there really the need for it to be completely straight?

The crank and the pinion have to be parallel. The drive shaft can be at an angle, as long as the u-joints are not overstressed and bent too far.
