Misfire....

So the other day i was driving down the road and all of a sudden my truck just started missing really bad.....i changed my spark plugs and spark plug wires. It was still missing so i changed my coil pack and it ended up running even worse....i put the old one back on and it runs better but still missing....any suggestions on what i can try next?

Did you use plenty of dielectric grease in the boots, both ends? What brand of plugs are you running [the new ones]?

The motors are picky and prefer motorcraft or autolite plugs (whichever one is still an argument). Try to replace with motorcraft if possible but it's hard to say that because you already replaced all of this.

Did you do this with the battery unplugged. Just an ideal.
