shifter rails
on my 95 f150 5 speed it is stuck in first with sloppy shifter , tor it down to taking top plate off. no broken gears, forks look fine, bushings and pins for shifter stub look fine as well but can not move forks with hand ,seem to budge a little with force what should i look for (216,000miles) just purchased! thanks for your help here! Jim
