i hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is no fuse for auto hubs... they don't use electricity... they work kinda like a bicycle sprocket... free spin until power is sent to them...

This problem is not constent .It seems to come and go,as if it's being sent power when it shouldn't be.Is there any way to dissable the power it is be ing sent?Would removing the hub and driving with out it temperarly hurt anything?until i can get manual hubs..

There is no electrical power being sent, ever. If your transfercase is sending rotational power, that could be doing it. If you remove the hubs, you will need to cover the hole. (plastic and tape maybe) That is a direct sorce for dirt to get in your wheel bearings.

There is no quick fix to it, however, i think you could get the hubs out and run without them until you get the replacement manuals, that way you would have the work half-done.
