How About this part

Daystar KF09108BK - Daystar Comfort Ride Polyurethane Coil Spacer Lifts - Overview - SummitRacing.com

Just wondering if anybody think this would work on a f250 2wd? To my understanding the springs are the same on all the f-series trucks 2wd and 4wd just some are made to carry more weight. Also if i use this on my f250 will i have problems fixing the camber or do they make a bushing that can compinsate for that much more lift in the front?

There are washers on the bottom of the spring to hold them down from the factory. Those "metal things" are stud extensions so you can put the washer back on when you get done jacking it up with the leveling bushings.
