The po603 is just your computer telling you have a chip in it, I get it all the time, clears easy. Pretty sure the po1280 is caused by your chip too but somebody will correct me if I'm wrong.
I would imagine with the wierd throttle usage I have had to use just to get it to shift lately could cause some of this. I just hope I dont have more going on now. I dont know how long the codes have been there. I pulled them a couple of weeks ago when my trans first started acting up and the only thing there was the glow plug codes. Since then my trans has been setting off the flashing overdrive light which explains the tranny codes. I dont know about the others though.
Like I said in my earlier post, maybe those codes stayed in there even after you pulled the chip, the PCM does store codes and I wouldn't think just pulling the chip, those codes would go away until you cleared them, still subscribing though.
