every really cold morning, for the first 2-3 revolutions of the wheels i have a clicking in the driveline. lately its been front and back, but it almsot makes me think water in my differentials. how possible is that? i havent driven in any kind of water hole all year long. any other ideas?
My 2000 f150 does the same thing when its really cold outside.
I think its the front hubs trying to unlock or lock.
I hear the same sound when I use 4x4 and the hubs are not fully engaged until the wheel spins a few revolutions.
I dont think its a problem.
Cold temps will cause strange conditions on all moving parts....especially if they have grease on them.
