Ok, I've searched and couldn't find my problem so I'm hoping you guys can help. I have a 99 EB with the 5.4 and A4WD.
I was driving down the interstate at 75-80mph and small amounts of white smoke started to come out the back, I got off at the next exit and came to a red light. When the light turned green I tried to go and the truck revved to about 4k rpms before it started to move, when it did move I got it off the road and parked it and turned it off, looked underneath and there was fluid just running everywhere. The back of my truck was covered in antifreeze colored liquid all over it dripping onto the bumper.

Question is what is the most likely problem.
I'd say your problem is fluid leaks.
Start by checking your fluid levels to see which one(s) is(are) low.
I ended up with a pin hole on a tube going into the intake manifold; way up under the firewall. It was on the passenger side, really close to the fire wall, I believe it was one of the heater core lines. With that much fluid you should be able to determine what and where it is quite quickly, jus pop the hood.
