Injector question, need advice

Fellas,
I am replacing the lot soon and wanted to know if i should just get the stock or go up a level. The guy at the shop said that he needed the code off the injector so that it gets the right amount of fuel. I am going to have them re do the timing and everything anyway so is just getting the regular ones fine or could i step up a notch? He said it just needed to be retimed and everything tuned for precision if i step up. Price is the same regardless. I am planning to install a pyro and re do the exhaust along with some other mods. Thoughts?

Can't go wrong with a set of BB's. G code is the turbo injector but some argue they are more towards the EPA standards so the BB's outperform.

that is what the senior tech mentioned as well, he had seen the bb's in his tests he performed a few years back work better as far as reliability and throughput. This was his test so i am not taking the "check" to the back if you know what i mean! I just want some fresh injectors to keep my monster kickin! I am going to run through a lot of fuel issues when i de them too. The fuel filter assembley i have as a spare has the fuel heater and the truck is wired for it so it will go on and new filter with water seperator drain, currently i have none. I am also running all new lines from pump to injectors. On top of all that i am going to have them check the IP and if it has issues, replace the bugger. It is probably fine but while i have it all our in pieces may as well. Once done with that i am going to run through the oil system. I want to get the cooler out and clean it, replace any issues and make sure the rear main ford installed is still sealed. I still see some drips coming from that area every now and then. They may be from the fuel leak that is slow and irritating and impossible to find but when i eliminate that through the shop i will know more then. After that the rad and water pump are gone with fresh ones in place. Also while there the fan with clutch out and new ones in. Then the pulleys that have small wobbles will go then too since the rad will be out. A lot i know but all in good time, next three months it will be a lot different. Then we get into the stacks or ture duals with hiflow muffs, not sure which way to go.

Sounds like you have your list in order and you should have a reliable rig when done.

If your not going to install a turbo, you should find that your original injectors are E code. BB may be aftermarket equivalants to E, I dont know. What you dont want is to put G (or equivalant) turbo injectors in, from following posts on injectors for a couple of years now, I would say that the higher flow injectors built for turbo'd engine just waist fuel and create black smoke in a NA engine.
