Rear end ??
I am lowering a 65 F100 and need to relocate the rear end above the leaf springs. Does anyone know of a webpage or other info source that I can go by to set up the rear end pinion angle to reweld the spring perches? I know this is in the wrong forum but any info would be greatly appreciated.

Rear end ??
CS, everything that I have seen on ruining a good truck, is done by rehanging the springs, not the axle. There are a gazillion truck mags out there all heavily advertised with conversions. There was a TNN Truck show segment, rerun at least once this spring where they did that to a 66 f100.

Rear end ??
Hey, the 65 I just bought is lowered with new I beams, and an adapter to use the stock steering linkage and spindles, the rear is just lowered by a front spring relocation bracket. I wish i could tell you the name of the supplier, but the seller could not remember. Is yours a shortbed? How did you lower the front? Good Luck

I guess I should have put a little more info about the truck. It is a long bed. The front was dropped 3" with dropped axles from Po Boys Inc. Got a good deal on the axles but haven't checked out Po Boys to see if they have a kit for the rear. Duh! The spring relocation sounds like a smoother deal than relocating the rear end. Thanks for the info!
