Tailgate swap?

I have a 99 F250 but have an '08 tailgate with step. I don't use the step or the handle. So I was thinking that there might be someone out there with a "near mint" BLACK '08+ tailgate without the step/handle that would want to swap for the same that has the step/handle. I'm in Catonsville, MD (zip is 21228) and I won't ship. Sorry, it's just not that important to me to go through that hassle. And yes, it must be black. Takers? PM me. Thanks all! If it was white we would have a deal as well. I wish I did not have the step. If you won't ship then it may not happen for you at all but you probably already know that.
