glow plug relay

can you use a starter solenoid from another ford vehicle in place of the glow plug relay?

It needs to be case isolated for a GPR (PCM sends ground) ..most starter relays are case grounded...

So could you isolate the starter solenoid and use it?

No the amount of amperage pull from the glow plugs is up to 250 amps.... a starter solenoid is not heavy duty enough.
