Which Valves do I choose

Hi,

I've got a '91 5.8l efi motor and I am going to get a set of new heads. I am confused if i should get the 1.90 valves or the 2.02 valves. The cam being used is the speed density Comp Cam and the bottom end is standard.

What should I do?

You probably want to stay with 1.90" intake valves to be safe, they will fit into the dish area on top of the piston so there is some extra clearance but 2.02" valves will not.

Do the pistons in our trucks not have valve reliefs?
