Oil pressure

Well, i just learned that the oil pressure gauge in our trucks is an idiot light!!! I have been searching around to see if it's possible to change the sending unit to make the gauge accurate. no luck. Have any of you guys seen it done??

go for a good after market gauge..they should come with a new sensor...its the best way..

There was a writeup on how to do this on an OBS, but I don't think anyone has found a way on the Superduties, other than adding an aftermarket gauge.
