Hey everyone, just wondering how to tell the difference between an 84 and and an 85 150. just from looking is there anyway?

1980/83 F100's & 1980/86 F150/350's look pretty much the same.

The Ford oval appeared on the grilles in 1982, some of the side trim is different in 1985/86, the interior has some minor trim changes.

Outside of these features, good luck ID'ing one year from another.

These trucks have a VIN plate on the dash, visible thru the drivers side corner of the windshield.

The 10th digit of the 17 digit VIN is the year code:

1984: E // 1985: F
