Thermometer Not Right...anyone else?

2004 F350...the ceiling console gauge thermometer is off by about 10 degrees (reads 45 when it's actually 35)...anybody else have this problem or know where the sensor is?

Thanks

A new sensor would be the place to start. It is behind the grille, on the drivers side next to the radiator. Just below the typical zoodad modification area.
