cleaning air filter
I have an AFE stage 1 system and have had it for several years. I have cleaned it several times using their cleaner and lately some left over stuff from a useless K&N. It's gotten now so that I can hardly tell if it's dirty or not, unless there's a bunch of bugs on it.I have about 40K miles on it..Is it just better to do it on a regular mileage basis or what. I tow with it several times a month and will be doing about 5K miles over Christmas.
Is there another filter that will fit in the box??? I really hate to spend the money for a whole new setup..
