Tank type engine heater
I bought a tank type engine heater for my 70 f-100. I was wondering if I may get some ideas from some of you guys on the best way to hook it up. The instructions say to plumb it into the drain plug on the side of the block and attach the other end to a heater hose but that's not going to work because I have headers on it. I thought maybe putting the fitting where the drain plug is on the radiator with an extension for the petcock. It would be easier to just patch it into one of the heater hoses in my opinion. So, any thoughts or ideas?
