Lets smoke
Last night my wife picked me up from work. 08 f350 build #1. She started it and had no power. Turned it off and when she restarted it the engine light was on and it started to blow more white smoke. Had to limp it home smoking hard(Code red for towing and I didn't want to leave it on the side of the road). is this an injector? all service is up to date and all recalls done, rad replaced. I noticed tail pipe was dripping and smelled like fuel

hard to say till they read the codes, did you put your finger on the pipe and smell it? maybe fuel, maybe coolant. What about your degass bottle? Full or empty? May also tell you a little about what is going on.
Could be headgaskets, EGR issues, injector issues the list could go on.
should be under warranty so I would check the the degas bottle, make sure it is with-in specs, check the oil level make sure that is within specs and then call the tow truck.

Just found out it is the EGR. They have to rush in a housing also. Should I get them to check anything else that might of been damaged? seems it was running rich? Should they be doing something else besides the EGR? Changing the oil since it was running rich?

have them check the thermostats if I were you. Although it is not a F450 some have failed in the past. Don't know if they will have it out as part of this but that is about all I can think of.
