this pic is the other half of an injector that is stuck in the injector cup what is something that i might use to get it out. I got the spring and whatever else that makes up the inside of the injector out. All that is left to get out is the outer portion of the other half of the injector.
No the top half of the injector unscrewed from the bottom half. I tried screwing the injector back in to see if it would catch the bottom half and unscrew it, but the bottom half is stuck.

Try cleaning the threads and applying some Locktite "red", reconnect it and let it set. Once reconnected spray a bit of Fluid Film, or equivalent, around it. Might work.
If you have new injectors, grind all the the big injector threads off the old top half so they will clear the threads in the head, then wind it back into the bottom half, tighten, then wiggle it loose and pull all the parts out.
I had the same thing happen to me. I got a piece of steel rod and had the end threaded the same as the treads on the bottom of the injector. then i welded another round piece on the top of the rod opposite the treaded end. I attached a slide hammer and worked really slowly, used lots of lubrication and a little bit of foul language. ive never heard of the "cut and wiggle" method but it sounds like that would work as well
