Tried changing the switch and the blower motor...still the same. I remember something about a 70's model truck having issues with a relay??? Is this the case with these gen trucks too?
Just high speed work? i would suspect the resistor, should be in the duct work after the blower motor. the blower keeps air moving over the resistor keep it cool.
