Major site Updates!

hey guys,

have not been on the computer in quite some time, thought I would let you all know that our website www.thunderlakeracing.ca has had some more major updates and my friend added a page for my towing business. There are some pictures of some of my past projects I have built for customers and myself. So swing on by and take a look if you want. I will also be listing a inventory of the ford stuff I have for sale too, basically any ford truck stuff from 1960 to 1995 and some other stuff aswell

thanks,

Dwane

Great site! Love seeing that you race a ford truck with a big block! I want to take ours for a run up the track.......maybe next year. Would like to take it to Yorkton's 1/8 mile track on their test and tune day.

I seen that, looks like a decent little truck, and I thought the price was actually not bad on it.

this is the ad what was on Kijiji, I will write what I found out

1979 Ford half ton pickup-
This is a very unique and impressive old truck. I bought the truck a few months ago and am now putting it up for sale because I am in a bust for money. Thats the only reason it is on here for this price. Only when you see the truck in person or test drive it will you appreciate it. The engine was just recently rebuilt and has less than 10,000 km on it.

Engine-
351 Cleveland 4V
Keith Black Silvo-lite pistons
Built with a mild Comp Cam (do not know duration or any spec), and Comp Magnum Roller Rocker arms.
Comp Cam Dual Valve Springs
MSD wires and cap
Edelbrock Performer intake
Holley 750 cfm carb
Moroso chrome Valve Covers
New roller lifters just put in. The truck was bought from a mechanic friend that built it and he supposed the truck had close to 360 to 380 horsepower. The truck is smokin fast and has amazing pickup.

Tranny has shift kit, which chirps the tires shifting into second. It also has an aluminum driveshaft and is axle flipped in the rear and lowered in the front, giving it a nice stance, but really needs to be seen in person.
The truck also had new paint a few years ago, and still looks good, but there is some very minor rust. The truck is in perfect working condition, even the interior is still in amazing condition. Great truck and great deal! Needs to be sold. $3000 or best offer and very flexible.

ACTUAL FACTS ABOUT THE TRUCK

351 Cleveland 2V
GM Quadrajet,
No kick down hooked up evidently
Msd wires and coil, NOT cap
Interior GREAT
NEW rear tires
NEW dynomax mufflers
BUTCHERED firewall, looks like there was a tunnel rammed or blown engine in it before
RARE factory ford steering wheel
Excellent floor boards and bed floor
Shaved mirrors
Box holes filled
Shaved tailgate handle, NO inner handle however,
Tailgate banged up inside a bit
Rust over the rear fenderwells and by roll pan
Drivers front fender needs to be replaced
Crooked bumper

275/60R15 on rear
202/55R15 on the front

lmao looks like a mexican lowrider up front and drag racer out back

over all a pretty good little truck

Sounds like a decent truck, a good power train is good and it there`s only a little rust that`s better yet.
I think that I remember it, was it the one in gray primer?
