coolant question

I have a 99 psd with 150 k on it. I noticed the top inch or so of the coolant in the plastic tank {over radiator} was discolored. I took the truck to a well known shop and had the system flushed and refilled with new.
After driving the truck for about 400 miles I noticed the problem again. I returned the truck to the shop. They sucked out the plastic tank and refilled again. The tech said it seemed like oil or somthing. After driving for a few days the problem has again returned. I do not see water on the oil dip stick.

Any ideas? Is this normal?

Check for oil cooler leak. the oil will go into the coolant because it is under greater pressure than the coolant. You may have very slight leak. my .02

My nephew had the same issue, was the oil cooler.

Got the engine out of my 02 right now for a similar problem, i had diesel in my coolant bottle, bad injector cups(i hope). Make sure its oil not diesel, i had noticed a discoloration in the bottle, then it started pukin out of the overflow. was runnin straight diesel outta it......Not good.. If its oil then look at the oil cooler.......
