Hard to start when Warm

I just sent my truck to the dealership. I sent it in for a couple of reasons.

First was the running really bad when it was cold. The dealership said this was do to sticking, which they ran tests. It showed 3 malfunctioning injectors. Cylinders 2,5, and 6. So they replaced those. They did the new flash that came out on Nov. 20th, 2009. And replaced an STC connector?!?
Second, was it had what sounded like an exhaust leak on the passenger side. Sounded just like a thin piece of card-board hitting a fan blade, perfectly in time with my motor. Their answer for this was maybe some of the malfunctioning injectors were "fluttering" around.
And Third, it was hard to start after the motor was at operating temp. Well after having all of the above evaluated, and replaced, I still have the last issue.

I did just get my truck back outa the shop about 4 weeks ago, when they replaced the headgasket, and installed my studs. Before that warranty job, my truck ran perfect. Cranked right up. Never missed a lick. I only had a small leak the dealership said, thats why it didn't run bad.

Anyways, any ideas on why this is happening? I sat in wal-mart parking lot tonight for 10 minutes trying to start my truck. Ill turn it over for a good 15 seconds and it just turns over and over and over. I'd turn the key off, wait a few seconds and try again. It took me holding it for about 20 seconds for it to BARELY fire off. Sorry for the long story, I just thought you guys may have wanted some background on it. I just wanna have something to suggest to the dealership so I dont have to keep bringing it back. Thanks guys.

Its going back in the morning. And I don't wanna complain, because the dealership is amazing. It has been hassle free. No questions asked, if its broke or malfunctioning, they replace it on the spot. I've read the "no-start" tech folder, and the only thing that seems to relate to my problem is the very bottom article on the "HPOP" deal. So maybe your right. I remember hearing about something along the lines of the leak occurs on a certain o-ring, that the oil by-passes when its thin, from being warm. Once again, IU have no clue if this is right. I just want my truck running perfect again
