lighted door sills

lighted door sills
has anyone put lighted door sills on there truck.I have a 2001 with the running boards and thought that lights on the sills or maybe that little strip under that would help light up the running boards,maybe some small leds or some strip light thats not to big that it will brake with the door shut.thanks guys
Find a way to hotwire some old christmas lights on them for the season? lol Sorry, had to bring it up :P

I don't know where I saw them, maybe best buy, radio shack, or some other electronics store but there are lights out there that are led's that resemble a piece of tape with lights on it. Don't know if this helps much but I have seen them out there before.
