Plastic trim removal

I am asking this question for my Dad, who has a 2003 F-150. We need to replace the light bulb in the air bag disabling switch in the dash. (The air bag warning light is giving the code for a burnt bulb) Can anyone tell me how the plastic trim comes off with out breaking it? It looks like that is the first step in removing the switch assembly. I tried taking the radio out but it looks like the trim has to come off first. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Usually the trim bezel has to come off. Then there are some screws holding the IPC in place. The bezel ususally just pops off, but if you want to be sure check Alldata or Mitchell. They will show the location of the clips, tabs and screws.

The radio trim pulls straight off, usually starting at the top is the easy way to get it off. Once it is off you will see the screws holding the switch in place and can go from there.
