New Auto start
Well, after having an auto start for close to 7 years, it finally took a crap on me. Since it was older and was made in Canada, my old one became obsolete. So i priced one here in town and got it installed for $325. Not a bad price at all. It sucked not having the auto start for 2 days!!! LOL. Glad to have it back so i can sit in my chair at home and start my truck without having to get out in the cold! amazing what u get used to and when it isnt working how u get irritated to get out in the cold to go start it, LOL!

i hear ya', its one of those things that you don't need in life but sure is nice to have. i live on the 2nd floor apt and its nice not to have to go down stairs, fire it up, wait a few minutes in a cold truck, then go.
with it i just look out the window, hit the starter, watch the running lights come on, truck starts and i sit in the house for another 5 minutes.
when i first got it i'd let it run longer but came to realize its just a waste of gas.
