manual hubs
ok so i got a bronco its an 89 and the front hubs are worn slash siezed and i wana replace them with new gona stay with the manual hubs by the way. the problem i have is that all the bolts holding the hubs in are totally siezed and have allready been totally rounded out ( by the previouse bone head to tried to do the job not me) what do u guys think is the best way to go about this ? somewhere this has had to happen before. i was wondering if i should drill the heads off and then if id be able to pull the hubs out ? i also have to do the ball joints its the ifs 4x4 front end by the way . im also gona put new rotors on and while im doing all that i midas well do the front u joints rite? so what do u think is my best bet???\

When I had to do my ball joints some of the torx screws that hold the cap on were stripped. I dont remember 100% but I know I either used a hex socket or maybe a bigger torx socket and put it in vice grips and tapped it on and it locked into the heads and I could back em out. Obviously you will have to replace them but itll get em off.
