gauge cluster
Gauge cluster: my gauge cluster is jumping first the tach then the temp gauge. It all started when I ran out of fuel. The light came on and I was out 200 yards later. I got more fuel but it would not stay running it run for a min then stop it did this for a while then ran fine but I notice on the way home the tach would jump but the engine would not skip a beat. That was yester day so to day I took the batters loose to reset the computer. I did this and no change. I was thinking the cam position sensor was going bad I hope not. The 2nd thing is a bad connection to the cluster. Somebody let me know something. Before I tear the cluster out and replace the sensor to night.
