I guess all of the fluid changes, new glow plugs, and battery maintenance worked. Was -2 when i started the truck this morning, did not plug it in, 2 seconds after the WTS light went out, hit the key and fired right up.
Now that I am done testing my work, time to plug it in so its toasty warm sooner, calling -5 tonight, -7 tomorrow night currently.
53* deg huh, I get the shorts out during those temps in the in the winter.
althought If I dont plug in my truck below 20 deg its NOT starting.
will be in Boz to come down and and play in the snow. lol
the dusting in GF is just a tease.
Good to hear Tom. My truck won't start in -2 weather, but that's probably because you won't catch me going outside to even try if it ever gets that cold. Had to dig out the insulated boots since the high was only 50 today.
Was a toasty -9 when I left the house this morning..... Forecast isn't looking much better currently either, -19 Sunday night, high of 0 Monday. Glab my cold start test is over, was much warmer having it plugged in. Might have to go for heated seats next
