Audio control question??
OK, Im trying to figure out how my kids can watch a video with their headphones in the back seat and Mom and I listen to our favorite cd in the front? Can it be done? Someone told me you could but I cant get it to work.
Any suggestions?

Audio control question??
The Factory Video system has wireless headphones... The headphones use an FM signal. There should be no problem with the kids using the headsets while you listen to CDs... There is a switch in the Screen enclosure that sends the audio to your radio... you can Disable it by placing the switch all the way to the pass side.... that will keep movies from interefering with your FM reception

Audio control question??
My Expy didnt come with the proper manual explaining how use the video/audio entertainment system. Do I need special headphones for this to work? Does anyone have the instructions scanned that they could email me?

If you got the factory entertainment system (vid screen and VCR) you should have also gotten 2 wireless headphones. The system send tha audio to those headsets... It will also play through your FM receiver at somewhere around 89 and 91 Mhz... You can disable that by flipping the switch in the video unit (can see it when the screen is open) all the way towards the Pass side.... The headset plugs in the rear control console are for the Dual Mode stereo system.... When you turn on your radio a headphone icon should appear on your head unit... The rear seat controls are enabled - passengers in the rear seat can listen to a second audio source through their WIRED headsets... Ie you listen to a CD and they can listen to the radio... The one thing they can't do is increase the volume you are listening at... A REAR CONTROL message will appear on the Head Unit when the rear controls are used.... to disable press the 3&5 station buttons at the same time.....
