Major starting problems
Hello, i was told to look at my HPOP and it is full to the top, and it still took about 30 seconds or more to start while haveing it floored. this started one day when my banks chip went bad but banks says it wasnt bad so i think the pcm is bad or somting. could it be my ipr or gpr?

you can ohm out the glowplugs and the harness that runs under the valve cover through the gasket. also you can jump the GPR(glow plug relay) to see if thats your problem. the GPR is on the passenger side head with 4 posts, 2 big, 2 small. take a screwdriver and arc it across the 2 big posts of the GPR for about 30 seconds or so and then see how it starts. if that don't help start looking at the UVH(under valve cover harness) and the glow plugs.
