I think it's going to get much worse. Lot of angry, frustrated people out there. 20 million people out of work could get really ugly.

Yea, but the 20 million, for the most part, are not parole-violating previous felons who should never have been let out of jail the first time, let alone after commiting another felony. Read the whole story about this dude--some quoted here:

"In a news release, the sheriff's office said Clemmons has an extensive violent criminal history from Arkansas, including aggravated robbery and theft. Clemmons also recently was arrested and charged in Pierce County in Washington state for third-degree assault on a police officer, and second-degree rape of a child."

So how is it he is out to assault, rape, and now kill, again?

People say California is a nut-case state, but it seems Washington has let guys like this go before--one of them came down here and shot up some kids and killed a postman.

Time to go after the root cause, imo.

What a shame, 4 good men gone. Madness.

I read an article that said when he was 17, he was sent to prison for aggravated robbery. The sentence? 95 years. Musta been one heck of an aggravated robbery. His sentence was commuted after 11 years and he was paroled.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the officers' families.

Stupid act of cowardice.

If he wanted to go out with a bang, he should have turned the muzzle towards himself, not towards LEO.

This goes right back to all the cop hating threads that we sometimes have to deal with. These guys and gals are not safe period.

Some back alley justice will save the system millions.

Hopefully those involved in (shall remain nameless) commuting his original sentence in Arkansas will reflect on this and beg the almighty for foregiveness.

They found the sicko...............and killed him.

Local News | Lakewood police shooting suspect killed by Seattle police officer in South Seattle early this morning | Seattle Times Newspaper

I, for one, am not shedding any tears. I could only dream of the family members hiding him receiving the same fate.

Kudos to the officer that ended that manhunt!!!!

That 'assassin' got what he deserved.

The individuals ('cleanest word' I can use) that helped him to get away and hide, should be arrested and charged with everything possible, for aiding a murderer.

May those 4 officers Rest in Peace, now.

Yeah, they got him all right. But it isn't over, not by a long shot. Clemmons took off and ran, and got shot in the back. Somebody's gonna be all over that.
