is it possible?

to take the exhaust manifolds off with the engine in the truck?

I replaced the manifolds on my 90 model. Just jacked it up and removed the front tires then took out the plastic inner fenders. Easy to get to the manifold then.

what about the very back bolt on the driver side

I did mine, just use a lot of penetrating oil, and I was able to get to all the bolts, the driver back was a toughie, but with universals, extensions, and a impact wrench, she came out.
